Here at Robinsons Kitchen we are looking for a friendly, hard working & coffee loving barista to join our team!

Position- Barista
Salary - from £9.50 an hour

📃Contracted Days & Hours:
27.5 hours a week
Wednesday 9am - 4pm, Thursday 11am - 4pm, Friday 11am - 4pm, Saturday 9am-4pm & Sunday 10am - 4pm
(Overtime available)

📃Qualities we are looking for in a barista-
•Has an eye for detail, a love of coffee and has a high understanding of all the different types of coffees
•Works well under pressure and at speed when things get busy
•Has experience on working with coffee and is also willing to learn every aspect of the role
•Can keep there area clean to a high standard
•Has a friendly can-do attitude and works well in a team and individually
•Is able to use their own initiative
•Excellent customer service skills and always happy to help a customer

📃Job role duties -
•Making coffees to a high standard
•Making teas & cold drinks
•Keeping your area clean and tidy and following a cleaning check list for the week
•Setting up & closing down your area for the day to a high standard
•Serving and preparing cakes
•Taking payments
•Answering the phone to take bookings and to answer customer questions

✨ We do require at least 1 year of barista experience for this role, please bear that in mind when applying.

2022 hasn’t been plain sailing, we’ve endured personal struggles but we’d of never dreamt of what our little family run business would be now, compared to when we opened back in 2008!

In 2022 we completed our full cafe refurbishment & said a good farewell to our farm shop. We’d like to thank the behind the scenes team who worked non stop to be ready for opening day and our staff for working with us and helping our business grow & evolve this year!

We hope you all have an amazing new year and we are excited to see what 2023 brings!
